Follow these few summer cleaning tips and your house will be fresh and new for the rest of the summer.

Make your own Earth friendly, all purpose cleaner by mixing white vinegar with water. It should be about one part vinegar for 10 parts water. Fill a spray bottle with the mixture. For rags, you can cut up an old winter shirt that you won’t wear anymore.

Start by wiping clean all of your window screens. Removing dust will better allow fresh air flow, and make the whole room look cleaner.

Next give outdoor furniture a good cleaning. By now they’ve gather quite a bit of dust and dirt from sitting outside.

While you’re outside, walk around your property and check for any signs of ants, bees or wasps. If you do have any of these pests living on your property it’s time to send them packing.

A few little cleaning tips will help your summer stay stress free, and by the time fall rolls around you won’t be left with a mess!
